Abstract
The law is seen as the key tool for regulating behavior in society, ensuring the rights and duties of individuals while upholding principles of justice and equality. As social beings, humans depend on interactions with others to meet their needs, creating relationships that can sometimes lead to conflicts driven by selfishness. These clashes disrupt societies, causing insecurity, injustice, and instability. To address such issues, comprehensive rules and regulations are essential to resolve conflicts and balance competing interests. Humans tend to prioritize their own desires, which makes it necessary to have principles that define freedom in a way that considers the welfare of all members of society. This creates a system that controls individual selfishness and fosters social harmony. Without legal regulation, subjective behavior dominates, undermining societal stability.
