Abstract

This study aims to build a standard model to identify the most important individual demographic factors that have an impact on increasing the probability of an individual leaving unemployment, using the logistical regression method that suits the classification of binary qualitative variables, using data obtained from the field study by means of a questionnaire distributed to 353 unemployed individuals , one of the most important results reached by the study is that the estimated logistical model, which includes individual demographic factors for the unemployed individuals, has a high classification efficiency estimated at 89.2%. : تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بناء نموذج قياسي لمعرفة أهم العوامل الديمغرافية التي لها تأثير في زيادة احتمال خروج الفرد من البطالة، باستخدام أسلوب الانحدار اللوجيستي الذي يناسب تصنيف المتغيرات الثنائية النوعية، و ذلك باستخدام بيانات تم الحصول عليها من واقع الدراسة الميدانية بواسطة استمارة استبيان تم توزيعها على 353 فرد عاطل عن العمل ، و من أهم ما توصلت إليه الدراسة من نتائج أن النموذج اللوجيستي المقدر و الذي يضم عوامل فردية ديمغرافية للعاطلين عن العمل ذو كفاءة تصنيف عالية قدرت ب 89.2%.
