Abstract

يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة أهمية اقتصاد المعرفة وعلاقته بالممارسات المتبعة في الجزائر، ويحلل البحث واقع اقتصاد المعرفة في البلاد وتأثيره على هذه الممارسات، مع السعي إلى فهم مدى جاهزية الجزائر للتحول نحو هذا الاقتصاد الحديث. وتشير النتائج إلى أن الجزائر تعاني من ضعف البنية التحتية للبحث العلمي والابتكار، على الرغم من الجهود المبذولة في مجال التعليم. كما تواجه البلاد تحديات متعددة تعيق التقدم في هذا القطاع. وبناءً على هذه النتائج، قدم البحث مجموعة من التوصيات اللازمة للتغلب على التحديات الكبيرة التي يواجهها الاقتصاد الجزائري، وأبرزها التركيز على تنمية الموارد البشرية وتعزيز بيئة الابتكار، مما يساهم في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة. This research aims to study the importance of the knowledge economy and its relationship to the practices used in Algeria. The research analyzes the reality of the knowledge economy in the country and its impact on these practices, while seeking to understand the extent to which Algeria is ready to shift towards this modern economy. The findings indicate that Algeria suffers from a weak infrastructure for scientific research and innovation, despite efforts in the field of education. The country also faces multiple challenges that hinder progress in this sector. Based on these findings, the research presented a set of recommendations necessary to overcome the significant challenges facing the Algerian economy. Most notably, focusing on developing human resources and enhancing the innovation environment, which contributes to achieving sustainable development.).
