Training As A Lever For Internal Mobility In The Cosider Group

Abstract
The technological evolution that the world is undergoing means that today's companies are seeking to adapt in order to face up to competition and more sophisticated demand. The focus is therefore on the skills needed to help them achieve their strategic objectives. To achieve this, investing in training helps to create a pool of skills capable of becoming future leaders. Cosider is responding to this context by implementing an increasingly elaborate training plan to optimise the movement of skilled personnel.
