الملخص

للغابة دور اساسي في تحقيق التوازن البيئي لما تتضمنه من مكونات ومقدرات طبيعية فهي رئة العالم وبالإضافة الى دورها الايكولوجي لها دور اقتصادي تنموي يعود بالفائدة على الإنسان الأمر الذي جعلها عرضة للضرر او لخطر الزوال وللحفاظ على مقدراتها وجب استغلال مواردها بطريقة عقلانية حفاظا على حق الأجيال القادمة في الاستفادة منها و في الجزائر اوجد المشرع إجراءات واليات وقائية للاستثمار في الثروة الغابية بصفة مستدامة تفاديا لأي ضرر او تدهور قد يلحق بهذا المكون الطبيعي الهام للمساهمة في التنمية الاقتصادية للبلاد مع مراعاة البعد البيئي. The forest plays an essential role in achieving environmental balance because of its natural ingredients and abilities. It is the world's lung. In addition to its ecological role, it has a developmental economic role that benefits people. This has made it vulnerable to damage or risk of disappearance. To preserve its capabilities, its resources must be rationally exploited in order to preserve the right of future generations to benefit from it، In Algeria, the legislature has established preventive measures and mechanisms to invest in forest wealth in a sustainable manner in order to avoid any damage or degradation that may cause this important natural component to contribute to the country's economic development, taking into account the environmental dimension in the framework of sustainable development.
