مساعي الانتقال من المواطنة المحلية الى المواطنة العالمية في ضل التنوع الثقافي وتعدد الهويات

الملخص
ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى معالجة موضوع المواطنة، حيث يدرك الباحث في هذا المجال الحضور القوي لهذا المصطلح في الفكر المعاصر وتجلياته على البعد السياسي والاجتماعي والاقتصادي وكل الميادين، حيث أصبح فهم المواطنة ليس مقتصرا على المستوى المحلي فقط, بل تمتد مفاهيمها وتطلعاتها لتشمل البعد العالمي أيضا, فمفهوم المواطنة لا يحمل دلالة واحدة فهوا متغير باستمرار تماشيا مع حالة الوعي لكل عصر، إلا انه لم يحد عن دراسة العلاقة بين الدولة والمجتمع في ايطار تحقيق الديمقراطية والانتماء وضمان الحقوق المدنية والسياسية للأفراد، حيث شهد هذا المصطلح تطور ليسعي نحو العالمية ويخرج من نطاقه الوطني المحلي الى الانتماء للعالم باعتبار أن المواطن جزء من الكل، له مسؤوليات مشتركة والاندراج ضمن الاهتمام بشأن العالمي والمساهمة في حل المشكلات وتحقيق قيم المواطنة الصالحة والمنتجة على نطاق واسع وتفعيل دور المواطن العالمي ABSTRACT: This study aims to address the topic of citizenship, as the researcher in this field recognizes the strong presence of this term in contemporary thought and its manifestations in political, social, economic, and all other spheres. Understanding citizenship is no longer confined to the local level alone; its concepts and aspirations now extend to the global dimension as well. Thus, the concept of citizenship does not carry a single connotation; it is constantly evolving in line with the awareness of each era. However, it has not been limited to studying the relationship between the state and society within the framework of achieving democracy, belonging, and ensuring the civil and political rights of individuals. This term has witnessed development to aspire towards global citizenship, transcending its local national scope to embrace belonging to the world, considering that the citizen is a part of the whole, with shared responsibilities and involvement in global concerns, contributing to problem-solving and realizing the values of productive and beneficial citizenship on a broad scale, and activating the role of the global citizen
