الملخص
تحاول الجزائر من خلال التسهيلات الجمركية في مجال التصدير إلى تنويع صادراتها والخروج من التبعية لقطاع المحروقات، وإلى مرافقة المؤسسات الاقتصادية الوطنية من الولوج إلى الأسواق العالمية وتعزيز قدراتها التنافسية، تلك التسهيلات التي شملت تبسيط إجراءات الجمركة وتخفيض آجالها وتعزيز الامتيازات المقررة في إطار الأنظمة الجمركية الاقتصادية وفي نظام المتعامل الاقتصادي المعتمد، بالإضافة إلى تلك المقدمة في إطار برنامج عصرنة ورقمنة إدارة الجمارك، والتي (التسهيلات) بالرغم من النتائج المحققة عنها ميدانيا تبقى بعيدة عن المستوى المطلوب وبحاجة إلى تظافر جهود الجميع لبلوغ الغايات المرجوة في هذا المجال. Through customs facilities in the field of export, Algeria is trying to diversify its exports and get out of dependency on the hydrocarbons sector, and to accompany national economic institutions in accessing international markets and enhancing their competitive capabilities. These facilities included simplifying customs procedures, reducing their deadlines, and enhancing the privileges established within the framework of economic customs regulations and in The approved economic operator system, in addition to those provided within the framework of the program to modernize and digitize customs administration, which (facilities), despite the results achieved on the field, remain far from the required level and require the combined efforts of everyone to achieve the desired goals in this field.
