الملخص: لقد أحدث التعديل الدستوري لسنة 2020 بحقّ نقلة نوعية فيما يتعلق بالمحكمة الدستورية كهيئة مكلفة بضمان احترام الدستور وممارسة دور الرقابة على دستورية القوانين ، لذلك سأحاول من خلال دراستي هذه تسليط الضوء على أهم الجوانب التي تناول التعديل الدستوري لسنة 2020 من خلالها المحكمة الدستورية خاصة ما مس منها التشكيل وآليات الاتصال والاختصاص، وقد ارتأيت أن أتناول الموضوع على مبحثين ، في المبحث الأول أبيّن ما جاء به التعديل فيما يخص المحكمة الدستورية كهيئة رقابية من حيث التشكيلة و آليات الاتصال بها، أما في المبحث الثاني فسأبرز اختصاصات المحكمة الدستورية والآثار التي ترتّبها قراراتها والقيمة القانونية لها ، وفي ختام هذه الدراسة سأعرض أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها . Abstract: The constitutional amendment of 2020 has truly brought about a qualitative shift in relation to the Constitutional Court as a body charged with ensuring respect for the Constitution and exercising the role of monitoring the constitutionality of laws. Therefore, through this study, I will try to shed light on the most important aspects that the constitutional amendment of 2020 addressed to the Constitutional Court, especially those that affected its formation, communication mechanisms and jurisdiction. I decided to address the subject in two sections. In the first section, I explain what the amendment brought regarding the Constitutional Court as a supervisory body in terms of formation and communication mechanisms. As for the second section, I will highlight the powers of the Constitutional Court and the effects of its decisions and their legal value. At the end of this study, I will present the most important results reached.
