المشكلات الأسرية والرعاية الاجتماعية للأحداث الجانحين Family Problems And Social Care For Juvenile Delinquents.

الملخص
إن استقرار الحياة الأسرية تقوم على أساس الانسجام والتفاهم بين الزوجين، وبينهما وبين الأبناء بما يخلق التماسك والسعادة في الأسرة، هذه الأخيرة هي التي تقوم بتربية الأبناء وإعدادهم ليكونوا أعضاء فاعلين في المجتمع. أما إذا كانت الأسرة تعاني من بعض المشكلات بين أفرادها فإن ذلك يمكن أن ينعكس سلبا على حياة الأبناء ومستقبلهم نظرا لأنهم سيفتقدون إلى الرعاية الكافية والاهتمام والتوجيه، وهذا ما قد يؤدي بهم إلى الجنوح والجريمة، ولخطورة هذه الظاهرة ارتأينا أن نتناولها بالدراسة والتحليل للوقوف على أبرز المشكلات الأسرية وانعكاساتها على الأحداث مما قد يؤدي إلى جنوح بعضهم، كما تناولنا بعض أساليب الرعاية الاجتماعية التي ينبغي أن يخضع لها الحدث وهذا من أجل إعادة إدماجه في المجتمع. The stability of the family is based on harmony and understanding between the spouses, and between them and the children, which creates cohesion and happiness in the family that raises and prepares the children to be active members of society. However, if the family suffers from problems among its members, this can negatively affect the children's lives and future, as they will lack adequate care, attention, and guidance. This may lead them to delinquency and crime. Due to the seriousness of this phenomenon, we decided to study it to identify family problems and their impact on children, which may lead to some of them becoming delinquents. We also addressed some social care methods that the child should undergo to reintegrate them into society.
