Abstract
Abstract: Undoubtedly, Global Communities base their developmental strategies on pioneering future perspectives through allocating all the natural, financial and human resources. Elites are the sensitive nerve worth investing in. Economic elites, in particular, represent key factors in revitalizing the economy within the Algerian society, and serve as a connection point between its institutions. This paper highlights the role of economic elites in boosting the development process, especially when involved in developmental plans and granted a sphere of political empowerment. The latter allows for coordination and unifying efforts with all other elites to achieve the goals of comprehensive sustainable development.
