Real Estate Investigation As A Mechanism For Proving And Clearing Private Property Ownership In Algerian Legislation.

Abstract

The land survey mechanism, established by Law No. 07-02 of February 27, 2007, is one of the most significant measures adopted by the Algerian legislature to expedite the process of proving and purifying private land ownership. This procedure was introduced to facilitate the land surveying process and to address the shortcomings and deficiencies that characterized the notoriety contract governed by Executive Decree No. 83-352 of May 21, 1983. Its primary objective is to improve the situation of citizens who, despite being legitimate owners, often lack legal titles formalizing their property rights.
