التعاون القضائي الدولي ركيزة أساسية لتحقيق العدالة الجنائية الدولية

الملخص
يعتبر التعاون القضائي الدولي الدعامة الأساسية في التصدي للإجرام وسد أوجه القصور القانوني، وذلك من خلال تبادل المساعدة القضائية بشأن تعقب أي نشاط إجرامي، وتسليم المتهمين لضمان عدم إفلاتهم من العقاب، و تتأكد حتمية هذا التعاون باتساع مسرح الجرائم وازدياد ضراوة النتائج الناتجة عن تلك الاشكالات التي تعترضه على الصعيد العملي، لهذه الأسباب وغيرها تم إبرام العديد من الاتفاقيات القضائية التي تهدف إلى توفير الإطار القانوني الدولي من أجل تفعيل آليات هذا التعاون و مسايرة المتطلبات الجديدة وإصلاح العدالة الجنائية، وقد جاء هذا البحث لبيان دور التعاون القضائي الدولي في ترسيخ قيم العدالة الجنائية على الساحة الدولية، إذ تم التركيز فيه وبشكل خاص على المحكمة الجنائية الدولية كوسيلة فعالة ضمن هذا السياق . Abstract : International judicial cooperation is the main pillar in addressing crime and bridging legal deficiencies, through mutual judicial assistance on tracking any criminal activity, and handing over the accused to ensure that they do not escape punishment, and the inevitability of this judicial cooperation is confirmed by the expansion of the crime scene and the increasing ferocity of the results resulting from those problems that face it at the practical level, for these and other reasons, many judicial agreements have been concluded that aim to provide the international legal framework in order to activate the mechanisms of this cooperation and keep pace with New requirements and criminal justice reform, this research came to show the role of international judicial cooperation in consolidating the values of criminal justice in the international arena, as it focused in particular on the International Criminal Court as an effective means within this context
