القرآن الكريم وأخلقه الحياة السياسية

الملخص
تقوم هذه الدراسة بالبحث في استلهام الهداية القرآنية لأخلقة الحياة السياسية، وبيان علاج هذا المجال وفق الأحكام والتوجيهات التي أرستها الآيات، مراعيا في ذلك كله المنهج الاستقرائي الملائم لمثل هذه الدراسات، والقائم على تتبع النصوص التي عنيت بهذا الموضوع لفظا أو معنى؛ كما هو مذكور في عملية جمع الآيات التي ذُكر فيها أمر الاستخلاف، وتم ربط انتظام موضوعات هذا الفنّ تحت مسمّى السياسة الشرعية. كما أنها تبرز القواعد الهامة في صورة مختصرة محددة في الوقت ذاته المعايير والأساليب في السياسات المختلفة للتعامل معها. وتم ذكر بعضها من باب بيان ضرورة الاهتمام بها وإعطاء صورة تفاعلية بين الهداية القرآنية والواقع، عن كيفية تناولها وتوجيهها وضبطها من نصوص الوحي. ومن جملتها: تثبيت الأمن في البلد واعتباره مقصدا قرآنيا هامّا؛ والتطرق إلى تأمين حياة الناس في مختلف مجالاتها: الفكري، والنفسي، والبيئي، والصحي، والاقتصادي، وغيرها. ونظرا للاتصال الوثيق بين القواعد والقيم في المجال السياسي تم الحديث عن أهم القيم الكبرى للعملية السياسية في القرآن الكريم وربطها بواقع الامة تاصيلا وتطبيقا. وتم الحديث عن قيمة العدل باعتبارها ركيزة حضارية، وقاعدة سياسية في التواصل بين الراعي والراعية؛ كما تم التطرق بشيء من التفصيل أيضا إلى قيمة الشورى، واعتبارها عنصراً هاما في مفاصل عملية الحكم. وتبيّن من خلال ذكر هذا البحث لجملة من القواعد والقيم مدى هيمنة القرآن الكريم في أحكامه وتعاليمه وإشاراته على كل ما يتعلق بحياة الإنسان، وقدرته على مسايرتها ونمائها وتوجيهها التوجيه الصحيح الذي يتلائم مع الفطرة. وتمّ الخلوص إلى أن القواعد والقيم السياسية التي أرساها القرآن تثمر انسجاما وتكاملا بين الدولة والمواطن؛ كما أنّها تخلق جسرا من الثقة يتواصل على أساسه الطرفان معا. : This study examines the inspiration of the Qur'anic guidance for the morality of political life and explains the treatment of this field in accordance with the provisions and guidelines established by the verses, taking into account in all this the appropriate inductive approach for such studies. , which is based on tracing the texts that deal with this subject verbally or in the sense. As mentioned in the process of collecting the verses in which the issue of succession was mentioned, the regularity of the themes of this art was linked under the name of Sharia politics. It also highlights the important rules in a concise form, while specifying the norms and methods of the various policies to implement them. Some of them have been mentioned in order to explain the need to pay attention to them and to give an interactive picture between the Qur'anic guidance and reality, on how to manage, direct and control them from the texts of revelation. Among them: establishing security in the country and considering this as an important Qur'anic objective. It was about ensuring the lives of people in various fields: intellectual, psychological, environmental, health, economic and others. Considering the close connection between rules and values in the political field, the most important major values of the political process were discussed in the Holy Quran and linked to the reality of the nation in their root and application. The value of justice was mentioned as a cultural pillar and a political basis for communication between the shepherd and the shepherd. The value of Shura was also discussed in detail and it was considered an important element in the aspects of the governance process. Through the mention in this research of a set of rules and values, it becomes clear the extent of the domination of the Holy Quran in its rules, teachings and indications on everything related to human life, and its ability to follow its pace. develop it and guide it in the right direction compatible with human nature. It was concluded that the political rules and values established by the Quran produce harmony and integration between the state and the citizen. It also creates a bridge of trust on the basis of which both parties communicate with each other.
