تكنولوجيا المعلومات كآلية لدعم أهداف التنمية المستدامة في الجزائر

الملخص
كانت تكنولوجيا المعلومات في وقت سابق بعيدة عن متناول غالبية الدول الفقيرة، لكن مع مرور الزمن بدأت تبرز كأحد العوامل الأساسية في نمو اقتصاديات الدول، بل أكثر من ذلك أصبحت سبيل الملايين من المجتمعات في الوصول إلى ضروريات الحياة. فاليوم أصبحت تكنولوجيا المعلومات تكتسي أهمية كبيرة في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة، وعليه تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد تأثير تكنولوجيا المعلومات على التنمية المستدامة في الجزائر من خلال دراسة إحصائية تحليلية بتطبيق طريقة التحليل بالمركبات الأساسية بين (32) دولة مقارنة بالجزائر بناءا على تقرير التنمية المستدامة لسنة 2021 وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات يحتاج إلى المورد البشري (العامل الاجتماعي) كأحد العوامل الرئيسية في تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة. The potential of information technologies (ITs) to release the power of economies is beginning to emerge. ITs, which were formerly beyond of reach for the vast majority of the poor, are now infecting economies and causing dramatic shifts in the information vectors that individuals face. Millions of people's livelihoods may be endangered if they do not have access to inexpensive IT services. Today, the role of information and communications technologies (ITs) is a very important in achieving sustainable development, this study aims to determine impact of the digital divide on the sustainable development in Algeria, through a statistical analytical study by applying the method PCA between a group of 32 countries compared to Algeria on the bases of sustainable development Report 2021. The study concluded that the use of information technology needs the human resource (Social Factor) as one of the main factors in achieving the sustainable development goals.
