Abstract

This research delves into the influence of religious factors on consumer behavior, specifically aiming to identify the role of the degree of religiosity in determining the level of consumer adoption of banking products. The topic was explored through a field study conducted on a sample of consumers, and the data was analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) 26. The study concluded that there is a significant correlation between individuals’ level of religiosity and their consumption of banking products, indicating that religious beliefs significantly impact a customer’s intention to engage with banks.
