Abstract
our study dealt with the phenomenon of neighborhood gang violence, Which is considered a very Dangerous phenomenon that affected All societies to a varying degree Leaving great effects on the population and society as a whole of fear ,terror and panic attacks ,These gangs were formed from the category of young men and adolescents ,and their activities represented in the behavior of violence and assault theft ,drug promotion ,sexual assaults ,kidnappings ,and threats to the population ,and we will try ,through our study, to identify the concept of neighborhood gangs ,the causes and factors for the spread of the phenomenon of residential neighborhood gangs ,and what are the mechanisms for limiting and preventing neighborhood gangs? تناولت دراستنا ظاهرة عنف عصابات الاحياء السكنية ،التي تعتبر ظاهرة خطيرة جدا مست جميع المجتمعات وبدرجة متفاوتة ،تاركة أثار كبيرة على الساكنة وعلى المجتمع ككل من خوف ورعب ونوبات من الهلع ،تشكلت هده العصابات من فئة الشباب والمراهقين ،وتمثل نشاطها في سلوك العنف والاعتداء والسرقة وترويج المخدرات والاعتداءات الجنسية وعمليات الخطف والتهديد للساكنة ،وسنحاول من خلال دراستنا التعرف على مفهوم عنف عصابات الاحياء السكنية وأسباب وعوامل انتشار ظاهرة عصابات الاحياء السكنية ،وماهي أليات الحد والوقاية من عصابات الاحياء السكنية؟
