Interactions Entre Le Capital Humain, L'ouverture Commerciale Et Les Investissements Directs étrangers: Quels Impacts Sur Le Développement économique En Algérie. Etude Empirique (1980/2022)

Résumé L’objet de cette étude est d’analyser les interactions entre le capital humain, l’ouverture commerciale et les investissement directs étrangers et leurs impacts sur le développement économique en Algérie sur la période 1980-2022. La méthodologie suivie dans ce travail consiste en l’estimation d’un modèle autorégressif à retard échelonné. Les résultats de notre analyse montrent que le niveau du développement du capital humain adopté en Algérie n'est pas suffisamment élevé pour absorber efficacement la technologie étrangère transmise par le biais des IDE. Abstract: The purpose of this study is to analyze the interactions between human capital, trade openness, and foreign direct investments, and their impacts on economic development in Algeria during the period 1980-2022. The methodology employed in this research involves estimating a lagged autoregressive model. The results of our analysis indicate that the level of development of human capital adopted in Algeria is not sufficiently high to effectively absorb foreign technology transmitted through foreign direct investments. ملخص غرض هذه الدراسة هو تحليل التفاعلات بين رأس المال البشري والانفتاح التجاري والاستثمارات المباشرة الأجنبية وتأثيراتها على التنمية الاقتصادية في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1980-2022. المنهجية التي تم اتباعها في هذا العمل تتمثل في تقدير نموذج الانحدار الذاتي بالتأخير الموزع. تظهر نتائج تحليلنا أن مستوى تطور رأس المال البشري المعتمد في الجزائر ليس كافيًا لامتصاص التكنولوجيا الأجنبية بشكل فعال من خلال الاستثمارات المباشرة الأجنبية
