الملخص
لطالما شكل الطفل محور اهتمام جل الدول والهيئات الحكومية و غير الحكومية ، وهذا راجع لكون أن الطفل هو المستقبل ، لذلك تظافرت جهودها لإقرار حماية خاصة للطفل ولعل أن أهم هذه الحقوق التي حظيت بإهتمام بالغ، حق الطفل في التعليم. The child has always been the hub of attention for the most countries and governmental and non-governmental organizations, and this is due to the fact that the child is the future, and that is why their efforts have come together to establish a special protection for the child, and perhaps the most important of these rights is the child's right for education.
