"e-learning Platforms And Their Role In University Professor Performance: A Field Study On Newly Employed Professors In The Department Of Sociology And Demography At Djelfa University – The Edx Platform As A Model"

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to highlight the role of e-learning platforms (specifically the EDX platform) in the performance of university professors. The research adopted a descriptive approach, with the study population consisting of newly employed professors in the Department of Sociology and Demography at Djelfa University. A comprehensive questionnaire was filled out, and the findings revealed that despite the challenges faced by university professors, e-learning platforms (EDX) have facilitated the process of online teaching. ملخص: من خلال دراستنا هذه نهدف إلى إبراز دور منصات التدريس عن بعد (منصةEDX) على أداء الأستاذ الجامعي، و تم في هذه الدراسة إتباع المنهج الوصفي في عملية البحث وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من أساتذة حديثي التوظيف بقسم علم اجتماع والديمغرافيا بالجلفة، ملأنا الاستبيان بشكل مستوفى، وقد توصلنا إلى أن منصات التدريس عن بعد (منصة EDX) رغم التحديات التي يوجهها الأستاذ الجامعي إلا أنها سهلت عليه عملية التعليم عبر الانترنت.
