الملخص
الملخص باللغة العربية: يهدف المقال لدراسة بعض الجوانب الاقتصادية للمغرب الإسلامي من خلال كتاب الأسئلة والأجوبة للإمام الداودي (ت. 402ه)، والكتاب عبارة عن مجموعة من النوازل الفقهية، حيث سنتطرق للجانب الزراعي مبينين فيه مهام الفلاح من حراثة للأرض والسقي وجني المنتوج، وما تتعرض له المحاصيل الزراعية من كوارث طبيعية كالفيضانات والعواصف مما ينعكس سلبا على الإنتاج ، إضافة إلى تربية الحيوانات، حيث تعتبر هذه الأخيرة على اختلاف أصنافها وما توفره من منتوجات يدخل ضمن الأعمال المعتمد عليها من قبل السكان بغية الحصول على دخل مادي يقتاتون به، فضلا عن الصناعة التي شهدت حركة نشيطة سواء في البادية أو الحضر نظرا لتوفر الموارد الأولية، وإن اختلفت المنتوجات من مجتمع لآخر نظرا لما تقتضيه العادات والاحتياجات، فإن الاعتماد على الصناعة شكل ركيزة أساسية لا يمكن الاستغناء عنها، والجدير بالذكر أن عملية البيع والشراء بين المتعاملين داخليا وخارجيا لها قوانينها المعمول بها من أجل فض النزاعات في حال وقوعها. Abstract: The article aims to study some sectors of the economy for the islamic maghreb through the Book of questions and the answers for Imam al Daoudi (d. 402 AH), it is a set of nawazil fikhia , where we will discuss agricultural sector in which we show the tasks of the farmer from plowing the land, watering and harvesting the product, and the natural disasters that affect them as floods, crops, storms and their negative effect on production. In addition raising different kind of animals and what they provide products considered as the main activity that people practice to gain an income by which they live. Moreover, industry has also witnessed an active movement in the countryside and urban areas due to the availability of the raw materials. And if the products differ from one society to another according to their habits and needs, then relying on industry constitutes a pillar that irreplaceable ٫ we should say that selling and buying between client internally and externally have their applicable laws to resolve the disputes.
