The Degree To Which The Regulatory Environment Of Sports Organizations Provides Some Governance Principles

Abstract
The aim of this study is to determine how closely the organizational environments of sports organizations align with governance principles. This will be achieved through two specific objectives: first, to assess how well the organizational culture in sports organizations incorporates transparency and discipline; and second, to evaluate how effectively the laws and regulations in these organizations promote accountability and justice. Following the study's methodological procedures, which included data collection and statistical and objective analysis, several key findings were obtained: - The Directorate of Youth and Sports and some of its affiliated facilities have an organizational culture that significantly contributes to achieving the elements of transparency and discipline in the workplace among employees in sports administrations. - The laws and regulations contribute to a moderate degree in achieving and applying the principles of accountability and justice within the Directorate of Youth and Sports of Souk Ahras and some of its affiliated facilities, also these findings highlight the importance of fostering a strong organizational culture that promotes transparency and discipline, as well as ensuring that the legal and regulatory framework effectively supports the implementation of accountability and justice principles within sports organizations. By adhering to these governance principles, sports organizations can enhance their performance, maintain integrity, and contribute positively to the communities they serve.
