الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على أهم التدابير المتخذة لرقمنة الإدارة الجبائية في الجزائر وانعكاسها على التحصيل الجبائي، ولإبراز واقع التحصيل الجبائي في ظل الرقمنة إستعنا بالنتائج المحققة في مركز الضرائب لرويبة كنموذج للدراسة، ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة اعتمدنا على منهج دراسة الحالة، كما إستعنا على المنهج التحليلي عند عرض وتحليل مختلف الإحصائيات المتعلقة بتطور الحصيلة الجبائية بمركز الضرائب لرويبة. وقد توصلنا إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها أن رقمنة الإدارة الجبائية ضرورة حتمية حيث تساهم في الرفع من التحصيل الجبائي وتحسين نوعية الخدمة المقدمة للمكلفين، غير أن الحصيلة الجبائية لم ترقى إلى المستوى المطلوب بعد، لذا لابد من ضرورة استكمال باقي إجراءات الرقمنة من تعميم استخدام النظام المعلوماتي جبايتك وتفعيل الدفع الإلكتروني في كل الإدارات الجبائية. Abstract: : This study aims to shed light on the most important measures taken to digitize tax administration in Algeria.and their impact on tax collection. In order to highlight the reality of tax collection in the light of digitization, we used the results achieved in Rouiba Tax Center as a model for this study. To achieve the objectives of the study, we relied on the case study methodology and utilized the analytical method to present and analyze various statistics related to the development of the tax revenue at the Rouiba Tax Center. We reached a number of results, to most important of which is that the digitization of tax administration is an absolute necessity considering that it contributes in increasing tax collection and improving the quality of the service offered to taxpayers, but the tax results hasn't reached the required level yet. Therefore, it is necessary to complete the remaining digitization measures which are the generalization of the use of the computer system JYBAYATIC and the activation of electronic payment in all tax administrations
