التسامح والمواطنة في الدولة الحديثة - جون لوك أنموذجا

Abstract
شهدت أوروبا حركة إصلاحية في مسعى لبناء الدولة الحديثة بعد ثورات التنوير ضد الكنيسة ، وهذا لم يحدث الا بعد تحرير الإنسان من الوصاية الدينية، ويعتبر جون لوك من الفلاسفة الذين اهتموا بالتسامح والمواطنة وعلاقتهما بالدين. تسعى هذه الدراسة الى البحث في الآليات التي تبني بها دولة القانون والمواطنة عند جون لوك، ومبررات الفصل بين الممارسات الدينية والسياسية. خلصت الدراسة الى ان دولة المواطنة عند لوك ترتبط بالحرية، والملكية، والعدالة، للحفاظ على المواطن وتحقيق الأمن والسلام. Europe witnessed a reform movement in the foundations of the modern state after the Enlightenment revolutions against the Church, to liberate man from religious guardianship. John Locke is considered one of the philosophers who were interested in tolerance and citizenship and their relationship to religion. This study seeks to investigate the mechanisms by which the state of law and citizenship is built according to John Locke, and the justifications for separating religious and political practices. The study concluded that the state of citizenship according to Locke is linked to freedom, property, and justice, to preserve the citizen and achieve security and peace.
