التجربة الوفاقية في ميدان المقاولاتية الاجتماعية

الملخص
أضحت بلادنا في حاجة أكبر للمقاولاتية الاجتماعية نظرا لمحدودية حلول الفترات الفارطة، وكذا المقاولاتية الكلاسيكية التي أنتجت الثروة في مجالات دون آخر، وكرست الفوارق الاجتماعية، فتعمّقت الأزمة الاقتصادية والهوة الاجتماعية وبرز الضعف في مواجهة المشاكل في شتى المجالات الأخلاقية والبيئية والوظيفية، فكان لزاما إعادة التخطيط للاستثمار الأمثل في الموارد البشرية والتوزيع العادل للثروة بما يحقق الإنعاش الاقتصادي، مع إمكانية التجديد والإبداع من خلال إحداث أرضية مناسبة لنجاح المقاولة الاجتماعية وإرفاقها بالدعم والمتابعة الضروريين لتفادي المخاطر المؤدية للفشل. في ذات السياق، تجارب جمعية الوفاق الولائية - باتنة تستحق الذكر لتكون نبراسا لفعاليات المجتمع المدني لتبني مشروع المقاولاتية الاجتماعية كنموذج بديل للحلول التقليدية في خدمة المجتمع، من خلال الرفع من مستوى تأهيل المجتمع ليكون منتجا عوض أن يبقى في أدنى السلم مستهلكا، تغيب فيه قيم التكافل والاتحاد والتعاون، كما هي الدعوة لتنظيم العملية التضامنية والتحول من فرد اتكالي إلى فرد مساهم في السلسلة التضامنية من خلال استدامة المشاريع المقاولاتية بسواعد المجتمع المدني. Our country has become in greater need of social entrepreneurship due to the limited solutions of recent times, as well as classical entrepreneurship, which produced wealth in one area and not another, and perpetuated social disparities. The economic crisis and social gap deepened, and weakness emerged in confronting problems in various ethical, environmental, and functional fields. It was necessary to re-plan for investment. Optimum human resources and fair distribution of wealth to achieve economic recovery, with the possibility of innovation and creativity by creating a suitable ground for the success of social enterprise and attaching it to the necessary support and follow-up to avoid risks that lead to failure. In the same context, the experiences of the el-Wefaq Association - Batna are worth mentioning to be a beacon for civil society activities to adopt the social enterprise project as an alternative model to traditional solutions in serving society, by raising the level of qualifying society to be productive instead of remaining at the bottom of the ladder as a consumer, in which the values of solidarity are absent. And unity and cooperation, as is the call to organize the solidarity process and transform from a dependent individual to a contributing individual in the solidarity chain through the sustainability of entrepreneurial projects with the arms of civil society.
