الملخص
ملخص: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى إبراز دور الإستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في تسريع النمو وتحقيق التنمية الشاملة من خلال الدور الفعال للمؤسسة العربية لضمان الإستثمار وإئتمان الصادرات في تعزيز دعائم العمل المشترك في مجالات التنمية الإجتماعية والإقتصادية، ومدى إنعكاسها على تطور مناخ الإستثمار والأعمال وزيادة جاذبية إقتصادات الدول العربية للإستثمارات الأجنبية. حيث سعت هذه المؤسسة إلى توفير الضمانات الكفيلة لحماية الإستثمار الأجنبي المباشر ، من خلال تقديم خدمات التأمين ضد المخاطر التجارية وغير التجارية للمستثمرين والمصدرين والمقاولين والمؤسسات المالية لتوفير بيئة إستثمارية ومنتجات تحفزها التوقعات الجيدة للأداء الإقتصادي في ظل تصاعد المنافسة بين دول المنطقة العربية والعالم. Abstract: The present paper aims to reveal the role of foreign direct investment in accelerating growth and achieving inclusive development through the effective role of the Arab Foundation for Permanent Investment and Export Credit in enforcing the pillars of joint action in the fields of social and disability development. It also endeavors to investigate the extent of its impact on the development of the investment and business climate and the increase in the attractiveness of the economies of Arab countries for foreign investments. This institution sought to provide guarantees to protect foreign direct investment. This is conducted by providing insurance services against commercial and non-commercial risks for investors, exporters, contractors, and financial institutions to provide an investment environment with products stimulated by positive insights for economic performance in light of the escalating competition between countries in the Arab region and the world.
