العوامل الاجتماعية لجريمة الضرب و الجرح العمدي دراسة ميدانية بولاية عنابة

الملخص
تهتم الدراسة بموضوع العوامل الاجتماعية لجريمة الضرب و الجرح العمدي بحيث نتطرق في الدراسة للمفاهيم المتعلقة بالدراسة ثم ننتقل للمقاربات التي تفسر الظاهرة المدروسة بحيث تبنينا نظرية اللامعيارية لدوركايم ، و روبرت ميرتون و لتحقيق الأهداف المرجوة نستخدم منهج دراسة الحالة على عينة متكونة من خمسة حالات بحيث استخدمنا الأدوات التي تخدم المنهج متمثلة في المقابلة و الملاحظة. بحيث توصل الباحث للنتائج مفادها ان العوامل التي أدت الى وقوع الجريمة هي العوامل الاجتماعية و الاقتصادية و محاولة مناقشتها و ربطها بالجانب النظري و اثباتا لفرضيات الدراسة بحيث تساهم الظروف المحيطة و الرفقة السيئة و الظروف الاقتصادية المتدنية التي تشمل البطالة و الدخل المنخفض بحيث تتضافر مكونة جملة من ضغوط و بالتالي وقوع الجريمة عندما تتهيأ لها الوقت المناسب . Abstract The study is concerned with the subject of the social factors of the crime of battery and intentional wounding, so that in the study we address the concepts related to the study and then move to the approaches that explain the studied phenomenon, so that we adopted the theory of non-normativity by Durkheim and Robert Merton, and to achieve the desired goals we use the case study approach on a sample consisting of five cases, so we used tools Which serves the curriculum, represented by interviews and observation. So, the researcher reached the results that the factors that led to the occurrence of the crime were social and economic factors, and he attempted to discuss them and link them to the theoretical aspect and to prove the hypotheses of the study, so that the surrounding conditions, bad companionship, and low economic conditions, which include unemployment and low income, contribute so that they combine to form a number of factors. Pressure and thus the crime occurs when the appropriate time presents itself.
