Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to discover the reality of the quality of life at work in Economic companies from the point of view of the Algerian Directorate of Water for the Wilaya of Namaa personnel. To achieve this goal, the two researchers used the descriptive approach by applying the questionnaire tool consisting of (6 dimensions) to a random sample of employees, estimated at 49 employees in the Algerian Directorate of Water, and the study concluded that the level of quality of life at work Economic companies from the point of view of the workers of the Algerian Directorate of water for wilaya of namaa was high.
