الملخص
ملخص : تناولت هذه الدراسة الطبيعة القانونية لعقد التأجير التمويلي الَّذي يعتبر من العقود القانونية الحديثة التي اخذ المشرع الأردني بتنظيم أحكامها بعد أن أصبح هذا العقد من وسائل التمويل المالية التي تلجأ إليها المؤسسات والشركات في الأردن ، ولكون هذا العقد عبارة عن عدد من العقود القانونية المتجانسة والتي يرتب كل واحد فيها آثاراً قانونية على اطرافه سواء الافراد أو المؤسسات ؛ فقد رأيت أن أبحث بالنظام القانوني والطبيعة القانونية لعقد التأجير التمويلي ، وأخيرا ختمت بالنتائج التي خلصت اليها والتوصيات كلمات مفتاحيه : ( تأجير تمويلي ، عقد الليزنغ ، التسجيل والنشر ، العقود الرضائية ) Abstract: The Finance Lease is one of the modern legal contracts, which its provisions been organized by Jordanian Law after became as one of the means of financing used by institutions and companies in Jordan, and the fact that this contract is contains of many legally, homogeneous contracts which reflect a legal effects towards its parties, whether individuals or institutions. I thought I had to search at the legal system and the nature of the financial lease contract which is known as the Leasing, Finally, this study concluded with its findings and a set of recommendations.
