الاستثمار في الطاقات المتجددة كخيار لتعزيز المسؤولية البيئية –التجربة السعودية أنموذجا

الملخص
هدفت المداخلة إلى تبيان أثار الاستثمار في الطاقات المتجددة في تعزيز المسؤولية البيئية -التجربة السعودية أنموذجا ، من خلال تسليط الضوء على كل من: تعريف ومكونات وأهمية المسؤولية البيئة، مفهوم الطاقات المتجددة بتناول كل من تعريف والمميزات، الخصائص، المصادر والعقبات التي تواجها، وكذا واقع الاقتصاد السعودي قبل الاستثمار في الطاقات المتجددة، واستثمارات المملكة في الطاقات المتجددة ومختلف أنواع الطاقات، والمبادرات التي بذلتها في سبيل تحقيق ذلك، معتمدين في ذلك على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أن الطاقات المتجددة تعد نوعا عادلا من أنواع الطاقة لأنها ليست حكرا على بلد دون الآخر، وكذا اعتبارها مصدر أمان للأجيال المستقبلية بكونها موارد غير ناضبة ومكملة لقطاع المحروقات، بالإضافة لتوفيرها لفرص عمل وذات تأثير أقل على البيئة، مع ضرورة تعزيز الوعي البيئي وتوعية المواطنين والشركات بأهمية الاعتماد على الطاقات المتجددة بطريقة صحيحة والتحول إلى مجتمعات على قدر عالٍ من الوعي البيئي، والاستثمار في البنية التحتية اللّازمة للاستثمار في الطاقات المتجددة، وكذا تشجيع التعاون الدولي مع الدول الأخرى التي تحتل المراتب الأولى لتبادل الخبرات والتقنيات والموارد المالية. Abstract : This intervention aims to clarify the effects of investing in renewable energies in enhancing environmental responsibility - the Saudi experience as a model, by shedding light on each of: the definition, components and importance of environmental responsibility, the concept of renewable energies by addressing each of the definition, advantages, characteristics, sources and obstacles facing them, as well as the reality of the Saudi economy before investing in renewable energies, and the Kingdom’s investments in renewable energies and various types of energies, and the initiatives it has made in order to achieve this, relying on the descriptive analytical approach. This study concluded that renewable energy is a fair type of energy because it is not the monopoly of one country over another, and it is also considered a source of security for future generations as it is an inexhaustible resource that complements the hydrocarbon sector, in addition to providing job opportunities and having a lesser impact on the environment, with the necessity of enhancing environmental awareness and educating citizens and companies about the importance of relying on renewable energy in a correct manner and transforming into societies with a high degree of environmental awareness, and investing in the infrastructure necessary for investing in renewable energy, as well as encouraging international cooperation with other countries that occupy the first ranks to exchange expertise, technologies and financial resources
