تجربة التحول الرقمي والتوجه نحو الاقتصاد الرقمي في الجزائر

الملخص
تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع تجربة التحول الرقمي والتوجه نحو الاقتصاد الرقمي في الجزائر، وقد تم اختيار الجزائر كعينة للدراسة وذلك لسهولة الحصول على الوثائق والمعلومات، من خلال عرض أهم التعاملات الرقمية لمختلف المؤسسات والادارات الجزائرية. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها إلى أنه بالرغم من حداثة تجربة التحول الرقمي في الجزائر إلا أنه عرفت تطورا ملحوظا، من خلال إدراج مخرجات تكنولوجيا الإعلام والاتصال في مختلف القطاعات والعمل على ترقية التسيير بانتهاج رقمنة الإدارة تعد خطوة كبيرة ونوعية في ظل الانتقال نحو بناء اقتصاد يرتكز على الرقمنة The study aims to identify the reality of the digital transformation experience and the trend towards the digital economy in Algeria. Algeria was chosen as a sample for the study due to the ease of obtaining documents and information, by presenting the most important digital transactions of various Algerian institutions and administrations. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which is that despite the recentness of the digital transformation experience in Algeria, it has witnessed a remarkable development, through the inclusion of the outputs of information and communication technology in various sectors and working to upgrade management by adopting the digitization of administration, which is a major and qualitative step in light of the transition towards building an economy based on digitization
