التنويع الاقتصادي كخيار استراتيجي لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة– عرض تجارب دولية-

الملخص

تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تبيان أهمية التوجه نحو التنويع الاقتصادي كبديل لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة خاصة في الدول المعتمدة على النفط كمورد أساسي في اقتصادياتها، وتسليط الضوء على الإيجابيات والعوائد التي من الممكن أن تعود على هذه الأخيرة عند تبنيها للإستراتيجيات القائمة على التنويع الاقتصادي، الأمر الذي سيسمح لها بتحقيق الاستقرار الاقتصادي وتسجيل قفزة نوعية على مستوى معدلات النمو والتنمية فيها، من خلال توسيع القاعدة الإنتاجية وزيادة مساهمة القطاعات الإنتاجية في الناتج المحلي الإجمالي ، كما حاولنا استعراض أهم التجارب الدولية الرائدة في التنويع الاقتصادي، وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن التنويع الاقتصادي أصبح ضرورة حتمية خاصة في الدول التي تعتمد على المورد الواحد وسبيلا لإرساء قواعد الاستدامة. This research paper aims to demonstrate the importance of moving towards economic diversification as an alternative to achieving sustainable development, especially in countries that depend on oil as a basic resource in their economies, and to shed light on the positives and returns that can accrue to the latter when they adopt strategies based on economic diversification, which will allow them to achieve economic stability and record a qualitative leap in terms of growth and development rates, by expanding the production base and increasing the contribution of production sectors to the gross domestic product. We also tried to review the most important pioneering international experiences in economic diversification, and the study concluded that economic diversification has become an inevitable necessity, especially in countries that depend on a single resource and a way to establish the foundations of sustainability.
