تطور التغطية التطعيمية للاطفال في الجزائر بناء على معطيات المسوح

الملخص

التطعيم اجراء صحي يحمي الافراد من الامراض المعدية، وتعتبر اللقاحات من أعظم إنجازات الطب، ولها دور محوري في حماية الفئات الهشة مثل الأطفال، بفضل برامج التطعيم انخفضت معدلات الإصابة بالامراض المعدية على المستوى العالمي، ورغم التطورات في مجال اللقاحات يبقى التطعيم أداة حيوية في مكافحة الامراض والحفاظ على الصحة العامة. يهدف هذا المقال الى تسليط الضوء على تطور معدلات التغطية التطعيمية للأطفال في الجزائر، واهم التطعيمات المعتمدة ونسب تغطيتها بين الحضر والريف معتمدين على معطيات المسوح الوطنية المنجزة المتعلقة بمتابعة الأطفال، حيث بينت النتائج ان مستوى التغطية التطعيمية يرتفع في الحضر مقارنة بالريف وأيضا في شمال وشرق البلاد مقارنة بجنوبها وغربها. Abstract : Vaccination is a health procedure that protects individuals from infectious diseases. Vaccines are considered one of the greatest achievements of medicine and play a pivotal role in protecting vulnerable groups such as children. Thanks to vaccination programs, the incidence of infectious diseases has decreased globally. Despite developments in the field of vaccines, vaccination remains a vital tool in combating diseases and maintaining public health. This article aims to shed light on the development of vaccination coverage rates for children in Algeria, the most important approved vaccinations and their coverage rates between urban and rural areas, based on data from national surveys conducted to monitor children. The results showed that the level of vaccination coverage is higher in urban areas compared to rural areas, and also in the north and east of the country compared to the south and west.
