Abstract: The family, as a social group, has unique needs that set it apart from other groups. The working woman, as a central member of the family structure, is inherently tied to the social and cultural dynamics of her household. Despite her participation in the labor market, she often continues to fulfill traditional roles in caregiving and household management, making these responsibilities a fundamental part of her social identity. These dual roles can significantly affect her professional stability, as evidenced by indicators such as absenteeism, reduced commitment, and strained workplace relationships. Family circumstances thus directly impact her performance and can lead to feelings of instability and dissatisfaction in her work environment.
