مزايا وتحفيزات الاستثمار في ظل القانون 22/18

الملخص
ملخص: للاستثمار اهمية بالغة في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية وذلك من خلال تطوير الدولة لاقتصادها ويتوقف اساسا على مدى قدرتها على جذب المستثمرين وتحفيزهم على تحويل رؤوس اموالهم واقامة مشاريعهم ونقل التكنولوجيا وتوفير مناصب الشغل وهذا بتقديم مزايا وضمانات وكذا مختلف التسهيلات وتوفير مناخ الاستثمار الذي من شانه جذب اكبر عدد من المستثمرين سواء كانوا محليين او اجانب وحرصا من المشرع على جلب المستثمر استعمل اسلوب التحفيز وبموجب القانون 18/22 محل الدراسة استحدث أنظمة تحفيزية للقطاعات ذات الاولوية وانظمة تحفيزية للمنطق التي توليها الدولة اهمية خاصة . Abstract: Investment is of great importance in achieving economic development, through the state’s development of its economy, and it depends mainly on the extent of its ability to attract investors and motivate them to transfer their capital, establish their projects, transfer technology, and provide job positions. This is by providing benefits and guarantees, as well as various facilities, and providing an investment climate that will attract greater investment. A number of investors, whether local or foreign, and in the interest of the legislator to attract the investor, used the incentive method, and in accordance with Law 18/22, the subject of the study, it introduced incentive systems for priority sectors and incentive systems for areas that the state attaches special importance to.
