الملخص
أثبتت الانتخابات الرئاسية في الجزائر بتاريخ 12 ديسمبر 2019 أنها منعرج سياسي محوري في تاريخ الجزائر المعاصرة، ليس فقط لأنها تمخضت عن حراك شعبي مبارك، ولكن أيضا لأنها جاءت في سياق إقليمي مضطرب. إن الوعود الكثيرة التي أطلقها الرئيس الحالي سواء خلال الحملة الانتخابية أو بعد انتخابه لتجاوز المأزق السياسي في الداخل، وتحسين الوضع العام في البلاد، تمّ تجسيدها خلال العهدة الأولى.، سواءً ما يتعلق بالدور الدبلوماسي الجواري أو الداعم للقضية الفلسطينية. سيسعى هذا المقال إلى بحث السياسة الخارجية الجزائرية في جوارها الإقليمي وتوضيح ثبات مقوماتها بتغير الحاكمين. The presidential elections in Algeria on December 12, 2019, proved to be a pivotal political turning point in the country's modern history. This was not only because they emerged from a blessed popular movement but also because they took place in a turbulent regional context. The numerous promises made by the current president, both during the electoral campaign and after his election, aimed at overcoming the domestic political impasse and improving the overall situation in the country, were realized during his first term. These achievements include Algeria's proactive diplomatic role in its neighborhood and its unwavering support for the Palestinian cause. This article seeks to explore Algeria's foreign policy within its regional neighborhood and to clarify the consistency of its foundational principles, regardless of changes in leadership.
