الملخص
هدفت الدراسة التعرف على واقع التمكين السياسي المرأة العربية في الفترة من 1952-2020م، وتأثير المعوقات الثقافية والاجتماعية على دورها في الساحة السياسية، وسعت إلى توضيح الآليات المعتمدة لتعزيز دورها في الحياة السياسية. فالتمكين السياسي للمرأة ليس مجرد ضرورة سياسية بل عنصر أساسي لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة ولتحقيق ذلك لابد من تضافر الجهود لخلق بيئة ملائمة تشجع على المشاركة الفعالة. واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج التاريخي وتوصلت إلى عدة استنتاجات أهمها إن تمكين المرأة سياسيا لابد وان يبدأ بثقة المرأة بانها ركن أساسي في المجتمع لتتمكن من تذليل المعوقات ومشاركة أخيها الرجل في الحياة السياسية لمصلحة المجتمع. The study aimed to examine the status of Arab women’s political empowerment from 1952 to 2020 and assess the impact of cultural and social barriers on their role in the political arena. It sought to shed light on the mechanisms adopted to enhance their participation in political life. Political empowerment of women is not merely a political necessity; it is a fundamental element in achieving sustainable development. To realize this, collective efforts are essential to create an enabling environment that encourages active participation. The researcher employed both the descriptive-analytical and historical methodologies, leading to several conclusions. Chief among them is that political empowerment of women must begin with women’s confidence in themselves as integral pillars of society, enabling them to overcome barriers and participate alongside men in political life for the benefit of society as a whole.
