الملخص
هناك علاقة وثيقة بين اللغة وعلم أصول الفقه في كثير من المباحث والقضايا والأحكام وطرق الاستدلال، إذ لا يمكن التوصل إلى الكثير من الأحكام إلا عن طريق اللغة، وذلك لأن اللغة هي الأداة التي يتوقف عليها فهم وصياغة الكثير من الأحكام الفقهية، وقد استعمل علماء الاصول الكثير من الظواهر اللغوية وناقشوها فيما يسمى عندهم بمباحث الألفاظ من حيث استعمالها في المعنى وقسموها بهذا الاعتبار إلى حقيقة ومجاز وصريح وكناية، فلا يوصف لفظ بأحد هذه الأنواع إلا بالاستعمال؛ لأن هذه الصفة من عوارض الألفاظ لا تظهر إلا بالاستعمال ثم هي من أوصاف اللفظ لا من أوصاف المعنى. There is a close relationship between language and the science of jurisprudence in many topics, issues, rulings, and methods of reasoning, as many rulings cannot be reached except through language, because language is the tool on which the understanding and formulation of many jurisprudential rulings depends, and scholars of jurisprudence have used many From linguistic phenomena, they discussed them in what they call the investigations of words in terms of their use in meaning, and divided them in this regard into truth, metaphor, explicit, and metonymy A word of one of these types can only be described by use; Because this characteristic is one of the symptoms of words and does not appear except through use, then it is one of the descriptions of the word, not one of the descriptions of the meaning.
