Swot Analyses Of Pharmaceutical Cluster Industry In Algeria

Abstract
This study aims to examine the constitution of Algeria's pharmaceutical industry cluster using the SWOT analysis method. This article presents a set of opportunities and strengths that support the establishment of a pharmaceutical industry cluster in Algeria as a recent strategy to enhance competitiveness and boost innovation in the manufacturing of pharmaceuticals. it's also seeks to provide a comprehensive understanding of the factors affecting the current and prospective status of the pharmaceutical cluster, offering insights into the critical issues and challenges pertinent to its development. The results of the study show us that Algeria has abundance of natural resources, which can be leveraged to create new economic ventures. Furthermore, strengths include collaborations and agreements with other countries in the pharmaceutical business, while the major weaknesses are the lack of technology and innovation, as well as a reliance on raw material imports for domestic production.
