الطبقة السياسية في الجزائر : دراسة في كرونولوجيا الاحداث و التشكل

الملخص
ملخص: تعتبر الطبقة السياسية عاملا مؤثرا في توجيه السلوك السياسي والاجتماعي والاقتصادي في الدولة، غير أن النظام السياسي في دول العالم الثالث عامة والعالم العربي بالخصوص له اليد الطولى في تحريك وتوجيه كل مناحي الحياة في المجتمع. ولكن الطبقة السياسية في الجزائر حسب كرونولوجيا الأحداث والتشكل تتميز بخصوصية معقدة وغير واضحة المعالم، ذلك أن التجربة السياسية كانت ولا زالت حديثة العهد ولم تصقل بعد، إذا ما قورنت بالدول العريقة في العمل السياسي؛ بسبب عوامل عديدة أهمها ما تعرضت له من "هزات" منذ الاحتلال الفرنسي، الذي دمر البلاد أرضا وشعبا، وعليه لم تظهر بوادر العمل السياسي الحقيقي إلا خلال العشرينيات من القرن العشرين، حيث بدأ يتشكل وعي وعمل سياسي وإصلاحي واجتماعي... بالرغم من العراقيل الفرنسية، فبرزت نواة أحزاب سياسية متباينة من حيث الأيديولوجيا والرؤى حتى نالت الجزائر استقلالها. أما عشية الاستقلال فقد كانت الطبقة السياسية تسعى "لترتيب البيت" من الداخل والشروع في تأسيس الدولة الجزائرية المستقلة حديثا، بتوجه أحادي إلى غاية إقرار التعددية السياسية، وحرية إنشاء الأحزاب السياسة، لتدخل بذلك الطبقة السياسية في الجزائر عهدا مبنيا على أسس الديمقراطية، بالرغم من الهزات الخطرة التي عرفتها البلاد منذ تاريخ التعددية والى بداية حراك ال ـ22 فبراير 2019 في مشهد تعددت قراءاته. وربما يجيب عنها الزمن. كلمات مفتاحية: الطبقة السياسية - النظام السياسي الجزائري- السلطة الحاكمة- الأحزاب الجزائرية- الحراك الشعبي. Abstract : Summary: The political class is considered an influential factor in directing political, social and economic behavior in the state, but the political system in the Third World countries in general and the Arab world in particular has the upper hand in moving and directing all aspects of life in society. However, the political class in Algeria, according to the chronology of events and formation, is characterized by a complex and unclear specificity, as the political experience was and still is recent and has not yet been refined, if compared to countries with long history in political work; due to many factors, the most important of which is what it has been exposed to from "shocks" since the French occupation, which destroyed the country's land and people, and accordingly, the signs of real political work did not appear until the twenties of the twentieth century, when political, reformist and social awareness and work began to take shape... despite the French obstacles, the nucleus of political parties emerged that differed in terms of ideology and visions until Algeria gained its independence. On the eve of independence, the political class was seeking to "put the house in order" from within and begin establishing the newly independent Algerian state, with a unilateral approach until political pluralism was established and the freedom to establish political parties was granted. Thus, the political class in Algeria entered an era built on the foundations of democracy, despite the dangerous shocks that the country experienced since the date of pluralism and until the beginning of the February 22, 2019 movement in a scene with multiple readings.
