الملخص
إنَّ الأمة الجزائرية بمختلف حواضرها وأقاليمها لم تزل وَلُودًا مذ تصدَّع عنها فجر الإسلام الصادق وطلعت عليها شمس اللسان العربي المشرقة؛ فأنجبت لنا رجالات جهابذة أفذاذا أسهموا في بناء ودعم كيان الأمة الحضاري والعلمي عبر التاريخ؛ فقد كان لهم قدم صدق وسبق في شتى ميادين العلم وصنوفه تعلما وتعليما وبثّا وتأليفا؛ غير أنَّ هذا التراث وهؤلاء الأعلام لم يجدوا الاهتمام اللائق بهم، كما شهد بذلك أهل الاختصاص داخل الوطن وخارجه؛ وتداركا لذلك الخلل وجب المزيد من العناية بهم وبتراثهم العلمي سعيًا لخدمته واستثماره، لا سيما وأنَّ كثيرا منه تُحَدق به جملة من الأخطار تجعله عرضة للضياع. ومن هؤلاء الأعلام الذين لا نجد العناية اللائقة بهم هذا رغم تراثهم العلمي الزاخر: أبو العباس أحمد بن يحي الونشريسي رحمه الله (ت 914ه/1509م)، وفي هذا المقال تسليط الضوء على جانب من جوانب حياته والمتمثل في تحقيق القول في مكان مولده ووفاته من خلال الكتب التي ترجمت له لما وُجد في ذلك من الاختلاف والاضطراب. The Algerian nation, with all its cities and regions, has been a cradle of civilization since the dawn of true Islam and the emergence of the bright Arab tongue. It has given birth to distinguished men who have contributed to the construction and support of the nation's cultural and scientific entity throughout history. They excelled in various fields of knowledge through learning, teaching, dissemination, and authorship. However, this heritage and these figures have not received the proper attention they deserve, as acknowledged by experts both inside and outside the country. To remedy this deficiency, more care should be given to them and their scientific heritage in order to serve and utilize it, especially since much of it is facing various dangers that make it vulnerable to loss. One of these neglected figures with a rich scientific heritage is Abu al-Abbas Ahmad ibn Yahya al-Wansharisi (d. 914 AH/1509 G). This article sheds light on a aspect of his life, focusing on determining the place of his birth and death through the books that have been translated about him despite the existing discrepancies.
