The Chinese Experience In Relying On Renewable Energies To Enhance Its Energy Security

Abstract
Renewable energies are one of the most significant options for attaining energy security, protecting the environment, and advancing sustainable development. This has led countries to focus on renewable energies, adopting policies that support their establishment and use. China has made great progress in this area, making its experience worthwhile to analyse. This study paper aims to investigate the rationale behind China's renewable energy development, the key components of China's energy security plan, and the contributing causes to its success. It became clear that the key to the Chinese experience's success was the government's commitment to implementing laws and initiatives for the growth of renewable energies.
