الملخص

تعتبر فلسفة تشارلز تايلور دراسة تشخيصية للأعراض الباثولوجية للحضارة الغربية، وذلك من خلال أهم مصطلحاتها الرئيسية وهي العلمنة والدين، باعتبارهما أكثر المفاهيم الفلسفية تعبيرا عن الذات ومسارات تكونها في إطار الحديث عن "الأنا والآخر" "المتعالي والمحايث"، وهي دراسة في إمكانية العودة بعد التراجع الذي شهدته الحضارة الغربية للقيم الدينية وكذا الإنسانية، وإمكانية فتح المجال لإعادة قراءة العلمانية بأبعاد جديدة تؤسس لما بعدها بحيث تفسح المجال للتعدد والاختلاف والتواصل والاعتراف من خلال البحث في شروط الإيمان. The philosophy of Charles Taylor is considered a diagnostic study of the pathological symptoms of Western civilization, focusing on its key concepts of secularism and religion, as they are the most expressive philosophical notions of the self and its developmental paths within the framework of discussing "the self and the other," "the transcendent and the immanent." It is an exploration of the possibility of returning to religious and human values after the decline experienced by Western civilization, as well as the potential to reopen the discourse on secularism with new dimensions that lay the groundwork for what comes after, thereby allowing for plurality, difference, communication, and recognition through an examination of the conditions of faith.
