Abstract: This study aims to know the contribution of the multi -variable discriminatory analysis method in predicting the financial failure of the Algerian economic establishment, which is considered one of the most important statistical methods that have proven effective in the field of predicting financial failure in the world, where this method is characterized by the ability to predict the failure of institutions and classify them into institutions Successful and failed institutions, by using many proportions at the same time, which helps in reducing crises facing institutions and searching for appropriate alternatives to avoid falling into financial failure. The ALTman model was used on the institution, the mills of Djelfa and the SAIDAL Group in the period from 2018 to 2020, and the results of the study concluded that it is difficult to judge the Foundation's performance and predict the possibility of its failure or not, because the results of the Z-Score values occurred in the third category.
