الملخص
تمثل المحاكمة العادلة أمام سلطات الضبط الاقتصادي أهم المواضيع التي نالت اهتمام من طرف الفقه القانوني ، لذلك يهدف البحث إلى إبراز أهمية هذه الأخيرة أمام هذه السلطات باعتبارها تتمتع باختصاص توقيع جزاءات إدارية على مرتكبي المخالفات الإدارية ،مما يضمن تحقيق التوازن بين فعالية قراراتها وحقوق المتابعين أمامها ،وعليه نصل إلى نتيجة هي أن تحقيق المحاكمة العادلة مرهون بتحقيق المبادئ والضمانات التي ترتكز عليها ،والتي تعتبر كحقوق للأفراد عامة يتعين على سلطات الضبط الاقتصادي مراعاتها لضمان تحقيق التوازن بين فعالية تدخلها وحقوق المتعاملين الاقتصاديين . Abstract: fear trial before the economique regulation authorities is one of the most important topics, so the research aims to highlight the importance of a fair trial before this authorities ,as they have the jurisdiction to impose penalties on perpetrators of administrative violations, therefore the conclusion is achieving a fair trial depends on consecrating the principals on which are consecrating the principals on wich it is based ,wich are considered as the rights of individuals that economique regulation authorities must take into account to ensure achieving a balance between the effectiveness of their intervention and the rights of economic operators is applying a fair trial before these authorities
