أثر انقطاع وتشتّت جُهود المعجم العربي التاريخي في زَعزعة ركائز الصناعة المعجمية الحديثة (العصرنة والتحيين The Impact Of Disruption And Fragmentation In The Efforts Toward The Historical Arabic Dictionary On The Foundations Of Modern Lexicography (modernization And Updating)

الملخص

تَهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بيان الجُهود العَربية القائِمة على وَضعِ المُعجمِ التَّاريخي، وأثر الانقطاع والتَّشتُت الحاصِل فيها بالتشويش على مَساعي إكمال هذا المعجم. ومن جِهة ثانية نُبيّن كيف انعَكسَ غِياب التَّنسيقِ بين المعجَميين والهيئات القَائِمة على الشّأن المُعجميِّ العربي في عَدَمِ استِقرارِ عَمَليتيّ العَصرَنَة والتَّحيين لِلمُؤلَفاتِ المُعجمِيَّةِ العَربيّة عُمُومًا والمُعجَمِ التَّاريخِيِّ تَحدِيدًا. وعليه نَعمَلُ في وَرَقتِنَا البَحثِيَّةِ على بَيَانِ الانقِطاعِ والتَّذبذب الذي سُجّلَ في الوَسَطِ المُعجَمِيِّ العَربي حين الاشتغال على وضع المعجم التاريخي مِنَ البِدايةِ إلى الوقتِ الرَّاهِنِ. وكيف كَانت آثَارُ ذَلِكَ على سَيرُورَةِ الصِّناعَةِ المُعجَمِيَّةِ العَرَبيّة. The present study aims to highlight the ongoing Arab efforts to compile the historical dictionary and to explore how disruptions and fragmentation have hindered the completion of this project. Additionally, the study examines how the lack of coordination among lexicographers and relevant Arab institutions has destabilized the modernization and updating processes of Arabic lexicographical works in general, and the historical dictionary in particular. The research demonstrates the recorded discontinuity and fluctuation in the Arab lexicographical sphere, from the inception of the historical dictionary project to the present day, and evaluates the consequences of these issues on the broader trajectory of Arabic lexicography.
