التوزيع الجغرافي لمعامل صناعة العصائر في محافظة البصرة (الواقع/ التحديات)

الملخص
تعد محافظة البصرة من المحافظات المشهورة بصناعة مختلف أنواع العصائر والمشروبات ، وقد تطرق البحث إلى دراسة المعامل المتخصصة بصناعة العصائر والمشروبات المصنعة ، ومن خلال الدراسة الميدانية ، تبين أن هنالك (خمسة معامل ) لصناعة العصائر والمشروبات في محافظة البصرة ، موزعة مابين صناعية حمدان بواقع (معملين) هما معمل شربت سومر والذي يعمل بطاقة إنتاجية بلغت (250-1000) درزن / اليوم ، ومعمل شربت (الأفراح) الذي يعمل بطاقة إنتاجية تصل إلى (600-1500) درزن/ باليوم ، في حين يعمل معمل شركة التقوى لصناعة عصيردادا والمتواجدة في صناعية بلد السيد بطاقة إنتاجية بلغت (7000-7500) علبة / ساعة ،أما المعمل الرابع وهو معمل توت القمة المتواجد في صناعية حي الحسين ، والذي يعمل بطاقة إنتاجية بلغت (500-1000) درزن / باليوم ، في حين بلغت الطاقة الإنتاجية لمعمل عصير در الينابيع (450-750) ، كما تم التطرق لدراسة مقومات قيام الصناعة ، وخُتم البحث بعرض أبرز المشاكل التي تواجه معامل صناعة العصائر، فضلاً عن بعض المقترحات لحل تلك المشاكل في المحافظة. Basra Governorate is one of the governorates famous for the manufacture of various types of juices. The research has reached a study of the preferred laboratories in the manufacture of manufactured juices. Through the initial study, it contributed to presenting (five agreements) for the manufacture of juices. Choose in Basra Governorate, distributed between the Hamdan Industrial City with (two factories), where the Sumer Sherbet Factory operates at a full production capacity of (250-1000) dozen / day, and the (Al-Afrah) Sherbet Factory operates at a production capacity of up to (600-1500) dozen / day, while the Al-Taqwa Company factory for the manufacture of Dada juice, located in the industrial country of Sayed, operates at a Belgian production capacity of (7000-7500) hours / hour, while the fourth factory is the Toot Al-Qimma Factory located in the Al-Hussein Industrial District, which operates at a full production capacity of (500- 1000) dozen / Today, while the new energy of the juice factory in the springs (450-750), the transparent composition of the components of the Turkish industry was also completed, and the research was concluded on the most prominent features facing the exchange of juice industry, in addition to some proposals for those problems to be considered.
