حكم تقليب أوراق المصاحف بمعونة الأصابع المبتلة بالبصاق، وفتوى ابن العُنَّابي في ذلك

الملخص
يروم هذا البحث بيان مسألة فقهية يكثر السُّؤال عنها، وهي مسألة تقليب المصحف عن طريق بلِّ الأصابع بالبصاق، وإيراد فتوى ابن العنابي في ذلك، وقد استقامت دراستها من خلال ثلاثة جوانب، وهي: التَّعريف بابن العُنَّابي، ثم إيراد نصِّ فتواه، ثم دراسة المسألة دراسة فقهيّة مُقارنة. ومن النَّتائج التي تأدَّت إليها هذه الدِّراسة: أنَّ ابن العُنَّابي رحمه الله من شيوخ العلم والدّرس، وأرباب التّأليف والفتوى، فهو من الأعلام الأفذاذ الذين يجب على الباحثين العناية بتراثهم تحقيقًا، ودراسته دراسة منهجيّة مُتوازنة واعية. وأنّ مسألة البحث ممَّا جرى فيها الخلاف بين علماء الأمَّة ما بين مُجيز ومانع، والاحتياط الكفُّ عن هذا الفعل. This research aims to explain a jurisprudential issue that is frequently asked about, which is the issue of turning the Qur’an by moistening the fingers with saliva, and presenting Ibn al-Annabi’s fatwa on that. The study was conducted through three aspects: introducing Ibn al-Annabi, citing the text of his fatwa, and studying the issue as a comparative jurisprudential study. Among the results that this study led to is that Ibn al-Annabi, may God have mercy on him, is one of the sheikhs of knowledge and study, and a master of writing and issuing fatwas. He is one of the distinguished figures whose heritage must be carefully investigated by researchers and studied in a balanced, informed, systematic manner. The issue of research is one of the matters on which there has been disagreement among the nation’s scholars, regarding its permissibility or prohibition, and being cautious suggests refraining from this action.
