قواعد التفسير عند الإمام ابن باديس وأثرها على تنزيلات الآيات على الواقع في تفسيره

الملخص
البحث هو دراسة تعرّض فيها الباحث إلى قواعد التفسير عند الإمام ابن باديس وبيان أثرها على تنزيلاته لآيات القرآن على واقع الناس. وقَدِ انْبَنَت أرْكانُهُ مِنْ ثلاثة مطالب، خُصِّصَ المطلب الأوّلُ للتعريف بمصطلح قواعد التفسير، ثُمَّ جَاءَ المَطلبان الثاني والثالث لِدِرَاسَةِ حَياةِ الشيخ عبد الحميد ابن باديس، وذِكْرِ نماذج من قواعِدِ التَّفسير عند الشيخ ابن باديس، وبيان أثرها على تنزيلاته الواقعية. وَقَدْ خَلُصَ البَحْثُ إِلَى جُمْلَةٍ مِن النَّتَائِجِ كَانَ مِنْ أَهَمِّهَا تأثيرُ القواعِدِ التَّفسيريَّةِ على تنزيلات الشيخ للآيات كانَ ظاهرا ومتنوِّعًا مِن حَيْثُ الْأُسْلُوب؛ لأنها المستند في اختياره للأقوال. Abstract : The research is a study in which the researcher exposes the rules of interpretation according to Imam Ibn Badis and explains their impact on his interpretation of the verses of the Qur’an on people’s reality. Its pillars were built from three requirements. The first requirement was devoted to defining the term rules of interpretation. Then the second and third requirements came to studying the life of Sheikh Abdel Hamid Ibn Badis, mentioning examples of the rules of interpretation according to Sheikh Ibn Badis, and explaining their impact on his realistic revelations. The research concluded with a number of results, the most important of which was the influence of interpretive rules on the Sheikh’s revelations of verses, which was apparent and varied in terms of style. Because it is the basis for his choice of sayings.
