الملخص

ملخص: شهدت المدن الجزائرية خلال السنوات الماضية تطوراً عمرانياً ملحوظـاً وزيادة في أعداد السكان و ارتفاع حجم الهجرة السكانية، مما انعكس هذا التطور تلقائياً على الجوانـب الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والثقافية في الكثير من هذه المدن. وبالمقابل فقد كـان لهـذا التطـور العمراني والانفتاح الاقتصادي والثقافي الذي حصل في المدن الكبرى بعض الآثار السلبية على الوضع الأمني والاجتماعي في تلك المدن، تمثل في ظهور بعض الجرائم والظواهر السلبية مثـل الإدمـان علـى المخـدرات والانحراف السلوكي، خاصة إذا نظرنا إلى المدن أن تضم مجموعة من التناقضات الثقافيـة والاقتصـادية والاجتماعية والتي بدورها تسهم في إضعاف التجانس المجتمعي للمدينة، مما يخلق نوع من عدم التعايش والتوافق والتكيف بين تلك الجماعات مما يزيد من حدة الصراع الثقافي والاجتماعي والاقتصادي. فيؤدي إلى نوعا من عدم الاستقرار والتجانس ليهدد بعدها النظام العام والأمن الإجتماعي. لهذا حاولنا من خلال هذه المداخلة التعرف على الأسباب و العوامل الحقيقية للجريمة و العنف في الأحياء السكنية؟ Abstract: During the past years, Algerian cities witnessed a remarkable urban development, an increase in population numbers, and a high volume of population migration, which automatically reflected this development on the social, economic and cultural aspects in many of these cities. On the other hand, this urban development and the economic and cultural openness that took place in the major cities had some negative effects on the security and social situation in those cities, represented in the emergence of some crimes and negative phenomena such as drug addiction and behavioral deviation, especially if we look at the cities that include a set of cultural contradictions The social, economic and social factors that in turn contribute to weakening the societal homogeneity of the city, which creates a kind of lack of coexistence, compatibility and adaptation between these groups, which intensifies the cultural, social and economic conflict. It leads to a kind of instability and homogeneity, and then threatens public order and social security. That is why, through this intervention, we tried to identify the real causes and factors of crime and violence in residential neighborhoods?
