الملخص

شكلت حماية حقوق الطفل إحدى أولويات المجتمع الدولي حيث أقرت المجموعة الدولية مجموعة من الحقوق للطفل ودعت الدول لاحترامها خاصة أثناء النزاعات المسلحة، ومن أهم الحقوق التي كانت من ضمن الأوليات نجد الحق في الصحة الذي تنبـــني عليه باقي الحقوق، وقد تكفل كل من القانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان والقانون الدولي الإنساني بتكريس حق الطفل في الصحة أثناء النزاعات المسلحة و وضعت آليات مؤسساتية دولية لإعمال وحماية هذا الحق. Protecting children’s rights has been one of the priorities of the international community, as the international community has approved a set of rights for children and called on countries to respect them, especially during armed conflicts. Among the most important rights that were among the priorities is the right to health, especially since the rest of the rights are based on it, and each of them has been guaranteed by law. International Human Rights and International Humanitarian Law enshrine the child’s right to health during armed conflicts and established international institutional mechanism sImple mentation and protection of this right.
